Executable file for someone that don't have access

Is there a way that I can provide an application-only MS_Access executable so
that anyone that don't have MS_Access can still use it?

You can't do an executable directly. What you can do is supply a runtime
version of Access with your DB.

Depending on the version of Access you have, would determine what product
you need to get the runtime access. A2k or earlier, you need the Developers
edition of Office, Newer versions you need to perchase the developers
extensions.
