Can I start an external small *.com program ?

This assembler sends values to a port, making a beep on the internal speakers only.

Thanks!

Now the problem is that when the external program finishes the
soundcard makes a sound! I was calling an external *.COM prog to sound
the internal speaker only, so I don't want to hear any sounds on the
soundcard :-(
