Executing Outlook Rules Programmatically

Hi There,

I have a series of rules defined (Exchange Server Side), that I'd like to
invoke programmatically. I've found the "Run Rules Now" command that one can
add to the toolbar, but this only invokes the dialog to then select the
rules to run and the messages to be affected.

Can anyone give me some guidance on how to programmatically invoke ALL rules
against ALL read messages, which is the particular thing I want to do?
