Execution has stopped due to a run-time error

We've deployed all new computers with all the same images. They are all
exactly the same. Why is it that when I install a specific Access
application (using the Runtime version of Access) that the app runs on some
PCs and will not on others? Specifically, I am getting the error "Execution
of this application has stopped due to a run-time error." On some PCs it
does not seem to like the "do" command, but I'd rather not program a
workaround. If there is something not correctly set up on the new PCs I'd
rather address that.
