Is this summary before the project starts, or after it has started?
Try:
1 Brief product description - what is the product of the project
2 Justification - why are we doing this project (usually make or save money)
3 Major deliverables - how do you know when the project is done? When all
the major deliverables are done
4 Success Criteria (objectives) How will we measure the project's success
(not the product's success) (Usually performance to schedule and budget,
often stakeholder satisfaction, sometimes projected product performance) all
are measureable during the life of the project or at its completion.
