Exhange missing events that are in entourage exchange calendar

I am using entourage 12.2.1 with exchange 2003. When I add new events with no invitees in entourage with a status of busy, they do not show up on webmail or in my exchange calendar or on my blackberry. Is there any way to see what is being synched between the entourage exchange calendar? I have cleared the calendar cache and readded the events and they still don't show up.

Emptying the cache is about the only solution we have for problems like
this. If that's not working then something may be wrong with your
account on the server.

If you add events from your Blackberry or in Outlook Web Access (OWA),
do these appear in Entourage or not? Do you notice any other sync
problems (with mail or your contacts)?
