Existing access database in frontpage

I created a database in access 2003 I have two tables one 'contacts' the
other 'patients'. I created two forms one 'contacts' the other 'patients'to
fill in the data in each of my tables.
I want to be able to place my existing access database and forms online as
web pages so I or my partners can update our information or retrieve it on
the go from any computer. I have a microsoft sharepoint site and a yahoo
small business site, but I can't get anything to work. This should be easy. I
also have frontpage 2003 and can't figure it out. Please tell me how I can do
this.

Your host must support ASP and Access databases
See FP Help on Databases and also http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HP010531601033.aspx

Or look at
http://www.asp101.com/samples/db_edit.asp

If you are not a coder then engage a professional to set up your DB based web site
