When entering a new record to an Access form the new record wording changes
to the previous record (as though the previous record had been keyed twice).
Also, when clicking onto a previously existing field the clicked on field's
data changes to match the data of the same field of the preceding record.
However, upon rolling the form all records become as they should have been.
How can this be prevented from occurring?
