Existing Dates in my Outlook 2002 Calendar changed...WHY?

I've got years of Calendar Dates where the "All Day Event" option became
unchecked and an additional day was added including the original date. When I
look at a 31 day view a small analog clock icon appears before and after the
event display. If I enter the event and re-check the "All Day Event" and
remove the additional day and save the event the small analog clock icon is
no longer there and everything is then OK. Is there an easy fix without
manually going in to thousands of dates to fix it?

This is on my Dell 5150 Inspiron P4 3.20HGz Laptop using Windows XP
Professional Version 2002, Service Pack 2.

This is usually caused by a missetting of the DST value for the PC, either
in the Windows clock or in Outlook's calendar. Perhaps you neglected to
install the 2007 DST patches.
