Exit Access On Close of Switchboard

I created a switchboard using the switchboard manager.

The switchboard opens on startup, but I'd like to do the following:

First, have the switchboard display only on startup. I don't want others to
see the tables, objects, etc..

Second, exit completely from Acces when the Switchboard is closed either via
clicking on the X or a close button.
