Exmerge emailing into Exchange 2003 (from Sendmail) causes errors

I've just completed a painful migration of Sendmail emails to Exchange 2003.
Emails that orginated from Sendmail aliass are unable to display in both
Outlook and Outlook Web Access. These emails seem to be in an old html
format perhaps 1.0. Anyone had this problem?
