expand folders??

When I opened 'Unread mail', the folders were expanded by default. Now they
are all closed. How do I get them expanded by default again.

Try Tools - Options - Read tab, and tick the "Automatically expand grouped
messages" option.

Actually, I answered the wrong question. If I understand the question
correctly, choose View - Expand/Collapse Groups - Expand All Groups.
