Expandable Subcategory Boxes

I need to know how to make my subcategory boxes appear to the right of the
category boxes, when someone mouses over the category boxes. Just like to
the left of this page. When yo mouse over the categories under the "Office
Discussion Groups" a box appears to the right with the next set of sub
categories. PLEASE HELP OUT WITH THIS.
