Expanding a range

I have two columns of numbers. The first column is
labeled "From" and it might contain the number 10. The
second column is Labeled "To" and it contain the number
15. This means that 11, 12, 13, and 14 fall between
column A and B. I want to create an expanded lists. So
instead of listing it like it is now, I want to see a
list 10,11,12,13,14,15. Is there an easy way to do this?
