Expense Tracking

How does the community go about tracking single use and multi use expenses in
Project. Particularly interested in ideas for travel time and cost.

Currently for multiple use fixed cost items I use a resource but this
doesn't match too well with travel where time is required too.

Looking forward to sharing ideas.

Alan,

If you have Project 2007, you can use cost resources. In Project
2003 and earlier, about the only option was fixed costs set at the
task level.
