Expired or Revoked macros warning, how fix?

I am New user with WIN XP PRO; I have done all updates and patches currently
available for MSOFFICE.. I just started using ver 2.0.2 ENSUREDMAIL
encryption software. In MSWORD get Warning message..."macros either expired
or revoked signature, and since you are running HIGH security, these macros
will be disabled."
1. I composed an encrypted test message sent it and afterwards the MSWORD
warning box appeared.
2. I was informed the next day the test msg I sent was 'not encrypted' and
was 'open' at its destination.
3. are there settings within MSWORD or EXCEL that must be 'on' or 'off' to
work w/ 3rd party encryption software. I need both WORD and EXCEL to work
with the ENSUREDMAIL encryption software.
4. any info will be appreciated, be specific as to location of how and where
to make setting changes in Word and Excel, thanks in advance.
5. Several days ago I also contacted ENSUREDMAIL via email with no reply as
yet.

My hunch is tthat this ENSUREDMAIL software has an instruction manual,
configuration guide, or something in it help file to explain how to
properly configure. Suggest you did it out and see what's not setup
correctly.
