Explorer 7 downloads

I cannot download files attached to E-Mail in Explorer 7 and I also cannot
view them. The download box opens but it does not let me specify a
destination file for the download and just comes up with a blank line where
the download is to go. The box then operates to show a download in process
but nothing is downloaded and the box will stay active until i do a task
manager close on it.

Please post your question in a newsgroup supporting Explorer 7 or Windows
Mail. This newsgroup is for a different program, Microsoft Access. The webpage
can be confusing and must have misled you. Please scroll down the list of
subject areas and post in a more appropriate group.
