Explorer Favorites ordering

Latest Internet Explorer seems to insist on alphabetising my favorites list.
When I click and drag into the order I want (e.g., most used to the top),
they quickly return to default alphabetical ordering again. Any help
appreciated!

Please pose your question to one of the Internet Explorer groups as this
isn't an issue with Office applications.
