Explorer page sent HTML not plain text

I am using Outlook 2000 with Windows SP2. I am trying to send a web page from
Internet Explorer in plain text format but it keeps producing an HTML
attachment. I have the settings for Mail Format correct in Outlook. This
works on WinME and Win2000 machines. Any ideas?

I have the message format under Outlook's Options - Mail Format set to plain
text and it still produces an HTML attachment with SP2. Worked with SP 1 and
Win2000. I am stumped.

Well, of course, there's an HTML attachment. I can't imagine what else you
were expecting since you're trying to send a web page and web pages are
HTML.

Well the page is a text page displayed in IE by our system software and when
I did a send page in Win 2000 and Win XP SP1 , Outlook sent a text
attachment.

The address line for the page displayed in IE is:

http://192.168.0.1/ads/webwork/T7PRINT.txt?123241

As you can see it is a text file that is displayed in IE and use to send as
a text attachment in versions of Windows prior to SP2. We are using Outlook
2000-SP3 with the message format set to plain text.
