i have a computer that everytime that i go into Explorer, i get this message:
"The currently selected graphics display driver can not be used. it was
written for a previous version of Windows, and is no longer compatible with
this version of Windows."

All of the graphics are very distorted and blurry. How would i go about
fixing this problem?

By going to the web site for the manufacturer of your graphics display
adapter and downloading the correct driver for your version of windows
and installing it. Further assistance shold be requested in a group for
the operating system you are using. This group is related to the
Microsoft Office suite applications.
