Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Hi, I'm new to Macs and I'm trying to write exponential formulas in excel 2008, but it doesn't accept the ^ . Please, what am I doing wrong? Thank you.

What exactly do you mean "doesn't accept"? I order to offer any assistance
it helps to have a complete & accurate description of exactly what you are
doing ‹ step-by-step, character-by-character ‹ as well as what specifically
does/doesn't happen as a result. Remember, we cannot see your screen from
here. It's hard to say what [if anything] you're doing wrong if we don't
know what it is that you're doing.
