Export Address book from Outlook 2007

Hi, I have hp Laptop with Outlook 2007, and I want to export the Outlook
address book with distribution lists, to my New PC which also has Outlook
2007. Can this be done.

Might be simpler to copy the pst file and connect it to your new Outlook
instalation

Not only would it be simpler, it is required.
Exporting always loses Distribution lists.
