Export an adress book file from Excel 2003 to Outlook 2003

Hi,
I just imported my Yahoo address book from the web into Excel 2003
and now can't figure out how to trnsfer it into Outlook 2003. It's in Excel.
Any help?

Go into Outlook Help and search for "Import and export text data with
Outlook"
