Is it possible to export an audio file from the narration that is embedded in
my PowerPoint presentation?

The easiest solution is to save the presentation as an HTML page. In the
folder were the web pages are will be, among other things, all audio files
from the presentation.

This solution worked swimmingly in MS2007 PowerPoint, but in 2010, the latest version of PowerPoint doesn't offer the option to save as an HTML page. Is there another solution?

If it is a pptx file, you can simply use f. e. 7zip to extract the file. Then you should be able to find audio file.

You can try to use f. e. 7zip to extract pptx file as archive, then you should be able to find the audio file inside.
