"Export" Autotext and Autocorrect

Word 2K3

I had to reformat my HD. <groan>
I've reinstalled Word 2K3 (from Office 2K3).... I still have the app on my
laptop, chock full of autotext and autocorrect entries.

I figured out how to rescue my Styles, but I can't figure out how to get my
a-text and a-correct entries over. How?

BTW, how to I get my Dictionary entries that I've added over to the new
installation?
