Export contact to Outlook Express

I would appreciate it if someone would direct me on how
to export my Contacts list from Outlook to the Outlook
Express Address Book.

I am running XP and have the latest IE Browser.

I want to do this, because Outlook block pictures and
other graphic attachments, and I cannot make it stop
doing that. I will appreciate all assistance.
