Export Custom Fields into Access

I have created a custom form, which contains custom fields. Is ther
any possible way to export the information captured in these field
into an Access Database? I am new to VBA but I have a project tha
needs to capture the data from those custom fields in Access

Outlook doesn't support exporting custom fields. You can write custom code
or use a third-party application. See
