Export distribution list

Is there any way I can export a distribution list in Outlook 2003 so I can
import it to another machine??

What I'd do is either copy the one machine's PST to the other (with Outlook
closed, of course) or create a new PST containing a Contacts folder, copy
the DL to that folder, and then copy that PST to the other PC.
