Export email account settings from 2003 to 2003

I don't remember my email password so I need to export my account information
from my old computer to the new one...how do i do it?

You can't export/import mail accounts anymore, unfortunately - and even if
you could, the password wouldn't be exported. Call your ISP/mail host for
your password.
