Export Entourage Signature

I had a branding company create an email signature for my company but we can not seem to figure out how to import the signature they created into my entourage database.

How can I import a signature from an outside source via email?

How can I import a signature from an outside source via email?

Open Signatures under Tools in the menu bar. Select to create a new
signature. Click on the HTML button. Paste in the sig.

Please note that Entourage does not handle complex HTML well and depending
on the sig, you might experience problems. See this page for more info:

It's possible you will need to make a graphic of the sig, bloating it even
more.

Set the default signature

€ On the Tools menu, click Accounts, and then click the Mail tab.
€ Double-click the account that you want to set a default signature for.
€ Click the Options tab.Do one of the following:

* Select a single default signature: Under Message Options, in the
Default signature pop-up window, click a signature.
* Select signatures from your random list: Under Message Options, on
the Default signature pop-up menu, click Random.
