Export Filemaker 7 Data Record into Excel Template

Any suggestions on sending a single Filemaker 7 record into a highly
formatted excel template with calculations. I can send the data to access
and MSQuery the record, but I am talking about 200 fields located all over
the sheet. Any help appreciated. Thanks
