Export final destination to Excel - via Form or Report?

I have a lengthy query that includes customer, order, order details, bill
to, and ship to info.

In the query, I have individual line items for each item ordered from the
order details. Can I display individual lines AND have one total for each
Order ID?

How do I format the cells; i.e. font, wrap text?

Once I have this query correct, I then need to export to excel. The
end-user in excel will fill in several columns and email back to me. I want
all but those several columns to be locked.

Should I export the query, create a form and then export, or create a report
and then export?
