Export from Entourage X to Outlook Express OS9

Is there a way to export my mail from Entourage X to Outlook Express 5 on
OS9?

I know of the following scripts but do not want to pay for this feature:
Export-Import Entourage X
Export-Import Entourage 2001

Can I drag and drop from the applications or archive the e-mails then
import, or even go via Apple's Mail?
