export from outlook to excel, address

when I export from outlook contacts my addresses are in the following
form (per cell):

"abacus Labs
Watery Hill
lusk
Dublin"

How do I arrange things in excel such that each line of the address
goes into a distinct cell? What isn't shown here is something like
"„_" (i guess this is return). I've had no luck with "text to
columns"
