Export info to another computer

What is the EASIEST way to export all the data in Outlook in a VISTA OS to Outlook in an XP OS - thank you..

Copy all .pst files from the Vista system to the XP system - assuming that
the Outlook versions on the two systems use compatible .pst formats.
