Export mail from Outlook 2002 to Windows Mail in Vista

How do I export mail from Outlook 2002 to Windows Mail in Vista?
I've tried the ordinary way with File/Import and Export, but can't find a
suitable format.
Is there a way of doing this at all, or what can I do?

The same goes for my contacts (Windows Mail) and calendar (Windows
Calendar)...

I can use import, but I have to use export first within Outlook 2002, but I
find no suitable format.

What about if you have to move the messages from one computer to
another?

What about if you're moving the messages from one system to another?
It's okay though, I think I can manage it by importing the data into
OE on the original system and then exporting as an OE6 store to move
to the target machine allowing me to select the file I'm looking for.
Am I right? I'm about to try it now... we'll see. ;)
