Export Map - How do I send my custom map to other people so they c

I need to save MSProject files as Excel files. This is wroking fine. I have
setup a custom map to select the MSProject fields to be exported. My question
is that many other people need to use my custom map now. Can I send it to
them? Help please.

Hi Neil,

Custom export maps are stored in the Global.mpt (template) file. To give
your export map to another user:

Create a blank project.
Tools > Organizer
Click the Maps tab.
Select the custom map on the right (in the Global.mpt) and click the Copy
button to copy the map to a project.

Send the project to the other users and have them copy from the project file
back to their global.
