Export OLE objects from an Access table to Excel

I have an access table that has an object field. Is there a way to add this
object field to an excel document imported from a query.

And reading a post dated 12/30/2005 by MarkC, the reply was not clear to me
on how to accomplish import an OBL from excel to access or vic versa

I would really appreciate any assistance in achieving this or get a clear
detail of the steps needed to accomplish this.
