export outlook e mails to a CD

I have a bunch of e mails saved in outlook and want to export to a CD to save
and protect...do you know how to do this

that depends on how you intend to read them....

Within Outlook create a new data file, copy whatever to this data file,
close the data file. Burn the data file to disk
