Export Personal Folders to Lotus Notes or Word

Unfortunatelly, our company is converting from Outlook
2000 to Lotus Notes.

I would like to export my personal folders to either Lotus
Notes or Word document. There are valuable emails that I
don't want to lose.

Any ideas?
