Reply of Lotus Notes users not always shown

Hi,

Sometimes our users don't see the reply from Lotus Notes users, they just
see their own e-mail message again.

The problem relies in Outlook, as I can see the full reply on our mail
server.

We already tried to disable TNEF for these contacts (which sometimes solves
the winmail.dat problem, but not always), but that has no influence on
this.

Any ideas where to look?
Our mailserver is based on postfix and MailScanner.
The problem doesn't show up with any other client, just with a few Lotus
Notes users.
