Export ranges

copy the addresses associated with each range into cells in a single column.
Then copy the cells to the other workbook.

I should have said defined ranges. The ones you see when you pull down the
name box

Click on a named range in the list and immediately Excel will go to that
range and select it all. You can then do Copy and Paste easily.

Does that solve the problem?
