Export Report to HTML

I need to be able to export Reports in Access to HTML.

I can get this to work fine, however I cannot specify a
location.
e.g. c:\report\

I get an error message...
Cannot save outpt data.
File may be open
If using template check it exists
If file isnt open check disk space
Make sure fiel exists on path specified.
ok

WHY CAN I NOT SPECIFY A LOCATION FOR THE REPORTS TO BE
SAVED IN HTML FORMAT?
Please help.
