I am using Windows XP Home and Word 2003. Memory is at 1 Gb.
In document scanning when clicking the "export to word" icon and error
message is displayed even with only one page scanned. Online help suggests
that I check to see if word is installed properly. It is. I cannot connect to
any other source of information or advice.
Please assist me.
