Export table

Hello.
I have a table that i need to export to a .xls file. This
table has more that 65000 records and i need to export to
2 diferent worksheets. How can i, programaticaly if
possible, export the table to a certain file (test.xls for
instance) and for a specific worksheet? And if the sheet
doesn't exists how can i create it?
