Export to .dbf macro?

Hello everyone,

I have an access database called "Inspectors.mdb" that I need to expor
to a file called "Inspectors.dbf" (dBase III). The name of the tabl
in the .mdb file that I want to export is "SFTable".

Is there a macro I can write to export this table to a dBase II
format? Also, how can I then convert the .dbf file back to .mdb?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
