export to excel - encoding problem

Hi,

I'd like to export my access table to excel file. Currently, I'm using
OutputTo method running in VBA code behind. It works fine only it does not
support non-unicode characters despite all objects including the source table
do. Particularly, I need Czech ones. There is the encoding parameter in the
function but I was not able to find how to use it.
