Export to excel--owc10 problem

I have made a web application that has a OWC 10 pivottable control on it. I
use function pivottable.export("") function to export pivot table to excel.
Its works fine on my machine where i develop the application, but when i try
it on my clients machine it says permission denied..

Plz help asap!!

You probably will get a better answer in a Windows XL newsgroup. OWC
doesn't run on Macs.
