Export to Excel

I would like the end user to be able to export queries to Excel on there own
PC. If I use the ‘Transfer Spreadsheet’ action in the macro it ask for the
file path to export it to, however this could be different for each user.
So currently I am using the send object action and sending the query in
Excel format via email to the user. This seams a bit long winded, is there
a way I can open Excel and Export a query into it on the users machine,
leaving the user to decide where they would like to save it?

Why not prompt them from Excel as to where they want to put it?

Use the standard Windows File Save dialog. There's a complete example,
