Hi

Just like exporting data to excel, does MS Project Server allow you to
export data to MS Access?

Hi, No.

However if you only want read-only then from Access link to the Reporting db
Views ending with _userview and you should get what you need without
exporting.

Hi Sara,

there is no out of the box functionality, but generally you could use the
Project Server REporting DB to extract some information. Not sure if this is
what you are after. What exactly do you try to achieve and what version of
Project / Project SErver do you have?
Thanks
Marc

Hi Sara,

Are you talking about the SharePoint "Actions" fucntion of export to excel
for Risks Issues.

Are you taking about the SharePoint 2003 you could export a list offline
and wondering if this is supported in PS 2007?
